CHOC CHIP PECAN COOKIES
Chocolate and pecans are such a great combination especially all rolled into a cookie. These cookies are a little chewy with small bursts of chocolate and crunchy pecans bits. Yummy!
Ingredients:
FILLING 180 grams walnut/pecan flour 125 grams Coconut oil melted 110grams Coconut Sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 Chia Egg (1 tablespoon chia with 3 tablespoons water) 95 grams rice flour 75grams corn starch 150grams sugar free choc chips 60grams pecans chopped Directions: Step 1. Put 1 tablespoon chia seeds with 3 tablespoons warm water and let it sit for 10 minutes to form a gel. Step 2. Grind you walnut / pecan nuts into a flour. Step 3. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Step 4. Then add the remaining wet ingredients and combine well. You may need to use your hand to make sure its all evenly combined. Step 5. Next make sure you turn on the oven and pre-heat to 180 degrees. Step 7. Place a baking paper sheet on a baking tray and then place spoonfuls of the cookie mixture and flatten them out. Step 8. Place the tray of cookies in the oven and cook for about 18 - 20 minutes until golden brown Step 9. When done take them out and let them cool down. Step 10. Now make yourself a hot chocolate and enjoy it with a choc chip pecan cookie!!!! Store in an airtight container |
