Why we do things this way

At HEALTHY DELICIOUS, everything we make is prepared by hand, in small batches, and with careful attention to detail. This way of working shapes not only our products, but also how we accept orders, schedule deliveries, and manage availability.

Small Batches, Not Volume
We intentionally limit the number of orders we accept each week. This allows us to maintain consistency, quality, and the level of care our work requires. We do not operate on volume or speed — and we choose not to.

Careful Scheduling
Certain products, particularly celebration cakes, require specific preparation time and careful handling. For this reason, orders are reviewed individually and confirmed only when they can be executed properly. This approach helps us avoid rushing, compromising quality, or overcommitting.

Delivery as a Considered Service.
Delivery for temperature-sensitive products is offered selectively and with intention. Rather than relying on high-volume courier services, we prioritise controlled handling and short routes to ensure products arrive as intended. Private deliveries are scheduled for specific dates and time windows and are priced accordingly.

Why Some Requests Are Declined
From time to time, we may be unable to accommodate a request due to timing, volume, or logistics. When this happens, it is always in service of maintaining the standard of our work. Saying no is sometimes necessary to say yes to quality.
Workshop CollectionCollection from our workshop is always encouraged and offers the greatest flexibility. Many of our clients prefer this option, as it allows for direct handover and ensures optimal condition.
