Ordering Information
ORDERS
We generally make all our products by order. We do have some limited products available. You need to contact us for availability. Orders for all our products, with the exception of hard cheeses (see below), must be made at least 72 hours in advance. To be safe we advice at least ONE week especially for customised products so we can commit to specific dates, especially during busy periods.
Hard Cheezes: Please keep that in mind that our cheeses need at least 10 days to prepare due to the process of fermentation & setting. From time to time we may have some ready so do contact us to check.
Storage:
Cakes are always freshly made and frozen so they can set as they are not cooked. Once thawed they can keep in the fridge for 5 days. They can be frozen on the day of delivery for up to 12 weeks. Frozen cake should be thawed before serving.
ALLERGEN INFO
For each product See ingredients in BOLD. Made in a facility that uses Nuts, Seeds, Peanuts, Mustard and Sesame. We do not use any ingredients that contain Gluten or dairy but may contain traces of either because the warehouses of our provider may store these ingredients with Gluten and dairy product and may have traces of contamination. Our facility is NOT certified gluten free.All Ingredients used in our recipes are plant based, 100% natural, wholefood, Dairy FREE, Soy FREE, Refined Sugar FREE, NO Colouring
