OAT FLAPJACKS
With only 4 ingredients these flapjacks are super quick and easy to make. They keep well, and are a great snack any time of the day. Oaty, crunchy and full of fiber and super tasty.
Ingredients:
FLAPJACK RECIPE 3 cups gluten free oats 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1/2 cup maple syrup 90 grams coconut oil Directions: Step 1. Combine melted coconut oil and maple syrup. Step 2. In a bowl add the oats and coconut sugar, and then pour in the oil mixture. Step 3. Stir to combine well. Step 4. Line a 20 cm square cake tin with baking paper and preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Step 5. Pour the mixture into the tray and ensure even and flat by running the back of a spoon across the mixture. Step 6. Cook in a preheated oven 160 degrees for about 25-30 minutes until golden. Step 7. Take them out and let them cool for 10 minutes then cut into squares. Cut whilst still slightly warm, as when they are totally cooled they will firm up and be more difficult to cut!!!
